Beef Roast prepared in Kerala style

Directions
- Put the beef in a bowl
- Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and vinegar. Mix it well
- Marinate for 1/2 hour
- After marination put the beef in the cooker, pour half cup water. Cook for 20 mins
- Heat the pan and add fennel seeds, cinnamon seeds, cardamom, cloves and black pepper, Fry for 2 mins
- Grind all the fired spices together
- Heat the pan and pour oil
- Add curry leaves and onion. Fry the onion till it turns brown
- Add ginger and garlic paste. Stir well
- Add coriander powder, rd chillie powder, turmeric powder and grinded spices
- Add beef and Fry for 5 mins
- Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves
- Ready to serve
