Summary of Ingredients

  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Onion
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillie – 1
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (chopped)
  • Ginger – 1 tbs (chopped)
  • Curry Leaves – 2 tbs
  • Asafoetida Powder – 2 pinch
  • Cumin seeds powder – 2 pinch
  • Red chilli powder – 2 pinch
  • Coriander Leaves

Directions

  1. Pour the curd in a vessel
  2. Add turmeric powder and curry leaves
  3. Place it over the gas and stir
  4. Stir it for few seconds without boiling
  5. Heat the pan and pour oil
  6. Add mustard seeds, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillie, curry leaves
  7. Fry till the onion turns brown
  8. Add the tempering to the curd curry and add coriander leaves
  9. Add salt as required
  10. Ready to serve
