Directions

1. Heat the pan and pour ghee
2. Add rice to the pan. Fry it for 5 mins and keep it aside
3. Heat the pan again and pour ghee
4. Add 1 tbs oil, cloves, cinnamon sticks and onions. Fry it well

6. Add tomatoes and green chillies
7. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chillie powder and garam masala powder. Fry for 3 mins

9. Add coconut milk and fried rice. Mix it together
10. Add water. Put the lid over the cooker and cook for 7 mins
11. Garnish it with fried onions, fried raisins, fried pistachios, fried cashew nuts and fried almonds

1. Put the beef in a bowl
2. Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and vinegar. Mix it well
3. Marinate for 1/2 hour
4. After marination put the beef in the cooker, pour half cup water. Cook for 20 mins
5. Heat the pan and add fennel seeds, cinnamon seeds, cardamom, cloves and black pepper, Fry for 2 mins
