Direction
- Grind coriander leaves, cloves, cinnamon sticks, onion, black pepper, green chillies, cardamom, garlic cloves, and ginger. Make it a smooth paste
- Heat the pan and pour oil
- Add ghee, bay leaves, onion and stir fry
- Add carrot, beans, cabbage and green peas
- Mix it well for 5 mins
- Add tomatoes, salt and squeeze lime over the vegetables
- Add the ground paste and mix it well
- Add rice and mix it together
- Fry for 5 mins
- Add the mixed vegetable rice to the cooker and add 1 liter of boiled water
- Add salt as required
- Cook for 5 mins (1 whistle)
- Ready to serve
